How Giovanni’s Tiramisu came to be
Giovanni was born in a small town in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy, known as Asti (made famous by Asti Spumante.) He began working in the kitchen at the age of thirteen, and took on his first job cooking on cruise ships at the age of seventeen. Educated in the Grand tradition of fine hotel and restaurant managements in Switzerland and Italy, Giovanni emigrated to the U.S, where he would go on to start his own catering service in Beverly Hills. At 76, Giovanni has spent over 50 years of his life in kitchens and restaurants across the world. This small humble website is my homage to him, and his labors of love. I grew up with his cooking, attending his catering events, and religiously eating his Tiramisu on my birthday each and every year. I hope that if you have found this page, you too can get to try his Tiramisu — a recipe which has been perfected over the course of 45+ years. With love, his daughter - Isabelle

Giovanni is the “Tiramisu Delivery Man” and at the age of 73, he has a new lease-on-life, and more friends than ever.
