My father was born in a small town in the Piedmont region of Northern Italy, known as Asti (made famous by Asti Spumante.) He began working in the kitchen at the age of thirteen, and took on his first job cooking on cruise ships at the age of seventeen. Educated in the Grand tradition of fine hotel and restaurant managements in Switzerland and Italy, and after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Europe, Giovanni emigrated to the U.S, where he would go on to start his own catering service in Beverly Hills. Giovanni, my father, has spent over 50 years of his life in kitchens and restaurants across the world. This small humble website is my homage to him, and his labors of love. I grew up eating his food, attending his catering events, and religiously eating his Tiramisu on my birthday each and every year. I hope that if you have found this page, you too can get to try his Tiramisu — a recipe which has been perfected over the course of 45+ years.
We deliver all over Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley and have been very lucky to meet the wonderful people living all over this massive city. We’re delighted to be included into celebratory moments and are even more grateful for the wonderful comments we receive about the Tiramisu.
Isabelle grew up in Los Angeles, California, eating her fathers wonderful cuisine, and enjoying his Tiramisu’s yearly on her birthday. She decided to start a small website for him and help him offer the residents of Los Angeles his incredible Tiramisu!

Born in Northern Italy, Giovanni Bolla has been cooking since he was 16 years old. In search of good weather and the pursuit of his culinary career brought him to Los Angeles, nearly 45 years ago. He is now 71 years old, and finds joy in cooking and making things people love to eat.
