Made with love by Giovanni. A twist on our traditional tiramisu - Giovanni makes the Gluten Free cake from scratch! Gluten - Free Tiramisu’s are celiac friendly and made with organic gluten free flour.

We rcommend this size for smaller gatherings. Can be refrigerated for 3-5 days, or up to 5 weeks in the freezer.

If I place an order for Pick-Up, what happens next?
Giovanni will directly reach out to you by phone 1-2 days before your pick up date! If he texts, please don’t mind the brevity, he’s recently conquered the smartphone. Please include your phone number during checkout.
How Do I make sure my delivery is on time?
We recommend you put the delivery date and time in our form during checkout. This is important for us to ensure a smooth delivery! Please also include your phone number when checking out.
What’s the best way to serve the tiramisu?
We try to deliver Tiramisu around serving time, so we recommend putting it in the fridge prior to serving. If you do not plan on serving for multiple days, we recommend freezing until the morning of serving or the night before. Since we do not use preservatives or thickeners, the Tiramisu tends to absorb all the liquids and creams and if it stays in the fridge it gets softer as the cake portion gets softer. We may recommend serving “semi-freddo”
How many people does it serve?
Half sizes have 6-8 servings, while full sizes have double that quantity. Our full sheet has 56 slices.
Do you make custom sizes?

How long does the tiramisu stay fresh?
The Tiramisu can stay in the fridge for about 2-3 days, or in the freezer for up to 4 weeks!
Does the tiramisu contain alcohol?
The tiramisu Giovanni makes does contain a very small and negligible amount of alcohol. The amount used is very low, and most of the liquid mixture is comprised of italian espresso, vanilla and other liquids. Unfortunately, we are unable to make alcohol free Tiramisu at this time.
Does the Tiramisu or Cannoli contain nuts?

I have celiac disease. Can I eat the gluten-free tiramisu?
Our gluten-free tiramisu is made by hand and celiac-approved. The gluten-free is made from scratch by Giovanni. Please contact us at hello@giovannistiramisu.com or 818-481-3503 with any other allergy questions.
Is the tiramisu Kosher?
It's not certified kosher, but we use 100% kosher ingredients.
Can the tiramisu be made with decaf espresso?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make caffeine-free Tiramisu at this time. Giovanni makes the Tiramisu in batches, so it's hard to make only one decaf, as the espresso is mixed with all of the other liquid ingredients at one time.
Can I make any changes to the recipe or special requests?
All Tiramisu’s are made with love in small batches by Giovanni and cannot be changed at this time. We can only accommodate size modifications (for those of larger quantities.)
